Our food is sourced wherever possible from local suppliers who supply the finest ingredients, who like ourselves believe in promoting and maintaining the very highest standards.

Local produce is close to our heart and where possible we try to use locally grown fruit, meat, fish, herbs and vegetables in all our dishes, and we love to use seasonal produce when in it’s prime.

The Al Fresco team of highly motivated and fully trained staff will provide you, the client, with the finest experience for your occasion.

All staff are smartly dressed, wearing white shirts, red ties, long black aprons and black shoes. If you would prefer us to wear something different for a themed event, then please let us know.
